Episode One: Vengence.
After a Freighter was destroyed and a Defence Station attacked, the battleship ATLAS arrives to Chase off the Attacking Zith Battlecrusier. But while enjoying shore leave at the station, a distress call is picked up reporting a Cruise Liner being attacked by an unknown vessel. The ATLAS sets off to investigate only to be ambushed by 3 Zith Battlecrusiers. As more Zith ships arrive, Captain Hero must use the ATLAS' devastating arsnel to defend themselves untill help can arrive.
Episode Two: Leviathan.
Reports of a deadly new Zith warship start as seemingly random attacks start around Defence Station Ticonderoga. Three warships are sent to investigate and find out the rumours are true. They fight the vessel to a stand still before calling for help. The ATLAS arrives to tip the balance of power to the human's side.
Episode Three: Contacts.
The ATLAS is ordered to investigate reports of pirates stockpiling materiel on an isolated moon. Hero visits an old friend who points them in the direction of the pirate base. Once they arrive, Hero and the Major land quietly with some marines and attempt to destroy the facility.
Episode Four: Aquaintances.
The ATLAS arrives at a research facility located on an Ice World after recieving a distress call. Only two survivors were found, one being the head scientist whose mental state is starting to collapse. It is then discovered that the Zith Bio-weapon creature, the Xenomorph, was being researched into, against the law. Hero attempts to destroy the facility when the Doctor, who is infected, attempts to leave the system and escpae to a highly populated system. He must be stopped.
Episode Five: Occultus Infirmus.
After boarding and capturing a small Zith vessel, one of the prisoners attacks and bites a guard who becomes infected with a deadly disease carried by the two prisoners. It becomes a race as more and more of the crew succume to the disease.
Episode Six: Favour (part I).
Belinda Tomlin delivers an artifact to a buyer when he tries to kill her. Security arrive, save Belinda and arrest the Buyer. When it becomes apperent that she won't be paid, Belinda goes to drown her sorrows at a nearby tavern. While drinking, she is approached by a shadowy figure with an offer almost too good to pass up.
Episode Seven: Favour (part II).
Belinda and John Hero return with the artifact Belinda was offered a large some of money to retrieve from Zith space. But when it arrives on the ATLAS, it becomes apparent that this ancient artifact is more than it seems. And it contains dangers that could destroy humanity.
